Prepare the Meat Filling: Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until it's browned, breaking it up with a spatula while it cooks. Stir in the Gochujang, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an extra 2-3 minutes to let the flavors blend. Set aside.
Prepare the Dinner Rolls: Cut the dinner rolls in half horizontally, keeping the top and bottom connected as one piece. Put the bottom halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Assemble the Sliders: Spread half of the shredded cheese on the bottom rolls. Spread the meat filling evenly over the cheese layer. Drizzle the special sauce over the meat and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Place the top halves of the rolls on top of the assembled sliders.
Add Garlic Herb Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, mixed herbs, and grated Parmesan. Brush the butter mixture generously on top of the rolls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake the Sliders: Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes. Take off the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
Serve: Brush the sliders with any remaining garlic butter before serving. Serve hot with additional special sauce on the side.
